Welcome to Preservation Tracker
Preservation Tracker allows historic property owners (or their agents) to submit Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) applications.
Once the application information is provided and saved, an application can be EITHER submitted immediately with supporting documents,
OR accessed as a Draft for later editing and document uploads. Please do not submit your application unless you are confident that editing
is finalized and all of your supporting documents are uploaded. Before you officially submit your application, double check you have all the
documents necessary to make sure your application is complete. Please review a sample checklist and examples of drawing submissions here:
Your application will not be considered complete for staff review until you have uploaded all of the documents that pertain to your project type. This should include, but is not limited to: existing condition photographs, photo of COA public notice sign(s), payment receipt(s), and applicable worksheets/applications. If you exit before submittal, your draft application will be kept available for the next 30 days. Please see the below link for applicable worksheets, instruction for COA public notice signs, and payment process:
